By accessing or using the Taply APIs, services, or web infrastructure ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
Taply provides B2B software development, cloud infrastructure support, API integration, monitoring, DevSecOps-related services, and related technical support to business customers. The Services include APIs, software tools, and dashboards where applicable under commercial agreements. Taply does not provide consumer payment accounts, money transmission, custody, or other regulated financial services through this website. Taply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
Where Taply provides API or technical access as part of a service, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use those interfaces in accordance with applicable documentation. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent any usage policies. Taply reserves the right to throttle or suspend access originating from your account if unusual activity or policy violations are detected.
Some Services may be provided for a fee under separate commercial terms, proposals, order forms, or service agreements. Fees paid are non-refundable, except as legally required. In instances of non-payment, Taply reserves the right to suspend access until the account is current.
Specific paid services may also be governed by separate master service agreements, statements of work, or order forms.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
