By accessing or using the Taply APIs, SDKs, services, or web infrastructure ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
Taply provides composable financial infrastructure to businesses. The Services include APIs, software, and dashboards for payment processing, compliance (KYC/AML), settlement routing, and related financial flows. Taply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Taply APIs in accordance with our documentation. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent API rate limits. Taply reserves the right to throttle or suspend endpoints originating from your account if unusual spikes or malicious activities are detected.
Some of the Services are provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for that Service. Fees paid are non-refundable, except as legally required. In instances of non-payment, Taply reserves the right to suspend API access until the account is settled.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
